With the weather warming we understand the draw to get out on your boats, especially since we've all been so cooped up indoors. The East Islip Public Library wants you to stay safe on the waters. Any motor boat operators born on or after January 1, 1993 must have a safe boating certificate. Unfortunately, the library cannot hold our annual safe boating class for you but you can access New York State approved online boating safety classes on the NY State Parks website.
