Did you know:

• Every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood.
• More than 41,000 blood donations are needed everyday.
• Although an estimated 38% of the U.S. population is eligible to donate, less than 10% actually do each year.
• The American Red Cross supplies about 40% of the nation's blood supply.
• 80% of the blood donations given to the Red Cross are at mobile blood drives.
• Donating blood is a simple, safe process.
• One donation can save up to 3 lives.

Representatives will be here from the American Red Cross to take donations of blood on Thursday, January 23 from 2-7pm.  Please do your part in helping to maintain the nation's supply of blood.  New York State allows donors as young as sixteen with parental consent; click here for the Sixteen Year Old Donation Form.

Walk-ins are welcome, or, you may visit American Red Cross to schedule an appointment.
